Augmentin is available in two strengths: 250mg and 500mg. The maximum strength is 500mg/dose. Do not take Augmentin if you are allergic to amoxycillin or cephalosporin antibiotics, or if you are taking clavulanic acid. Amoxycillin and cephalosporin antibiotics can cause skin reactions. If you have not told your doctor about any of the above, please do not take Augmentin.
Do not take Augmentin if you have had an allergic reaction to any of the ingredients listed at the end of the product description. Other than an allergic reaction, other side effects are possible.
